Privacy Policy
Effective date: 22 June 2026. This policy explains how Dron3.app handles account, job, course, drone-data and social-login information.
Data controller
Dron3.app is operated by the Dron3 / AgroDrone project. For privacy requests, contact contact@dron3.app.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, username, roles, login provider identifiers and profile details you choose to provide.
- Social login data from Facebook or X: the identifier, name/username and email address made available by that provider, plus authentication metadata needed to sign you in.
- Operational data: drone job requests, location, field boundaries, quotes, compliance checklist items, course progress, uploaded datasets, generated reports and support/debug logs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, cookies, session IDs and security events.
How we use data
- To authenticate users, including through Facebook and X integrations.
- To provide marketplace, training, operations and geospatial-processing features.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, communicate about accounts/jobs and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure, identity, email, hosting, storage, analytics/security and compute providers when needed to operate Dron3.app. Social-login providers such as Facebook and X process your login under their own terms when you choose that method.
Cookies and retention
We use necessary cookies for sessions, login state and security. We keep account and operational records while your account or related jobs are active and then as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, legal, tax or audit reasons. Beta test data may be removed when no longer needed.
Your rights and data deletion
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@dron3.app with the subject "Dron3 data request". For Facebook or X login data deletion, include the provider name and the email/username used to sign in. We will delete or anonymize data unless we must retain it for legal, security, payment, dispute or audit reasons.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a beta service. No internet service is risk-free. We may update this policy as Dron3.app evolves; material updates will be reflected on this page.
